Healing


Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. (James 5:14-15)

Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise." (healing is a finished work just as salvation is) (Jeremiah 17:14)

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou may prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. (3 John 2)

Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who heals all thy diseases (Psalms 103:2-3)

Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness.. by whose stripes you were healed. (1 Peter2:24)

And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless (sound mind, completely whole) unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Thessalonians 5:23)

The Lord will sustain, refresh, and strengthen him on his bed of languishing; all his bed You (O Lord) will turn, change, and transform in his illness. (Psalm 41:3)

Thy light shall break forth as the morning, and thy health shall spring forth speedily; and thy righteousness shall go before thee: the glory of the Lord shall be thy rear guard. (Isaiah 58:8)

Therefore I say to you whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. (Mark 11:24)

Again I say to you that if two of you agree on Earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. (this is a prayer agreement) (Matthew 18:19)

Behold, I will bring you health and cure, and I will cure you, and will reveal unto you the abundance of peace and truth. (Jeremiah 33:6)

Surely He hath borne our griefs (sicknesses) and carried our sorrows (pains) yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and by His stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:4-5)

For I will restore health unto you, and I will heal you of your wounds, saith the Lord. (Jeremiah 30:17)

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. (Psalm 34:19)

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31)

And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name . . . they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. (Mark 16:17-18)

He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? (including healing!) (Romans 8:32)

And the LORD will take away from you all sickness, and will afflict you with none of the terrible diseases of Egypt which you have known, but will lay them on all those who hate you. (Deuteronomy 7:15)

Your days will be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the LORD swore unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth. (if you are obedient to His word) (Deuteronomy 11:21)

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on Earth as it is in heaven. (God's will is NO sickness in Heaven! ...His will on earth as in heaven..NO sickness!) (Matthew 6:9-10)

Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. For we which live are always delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. (physical health) (2 Corinthians 4:10-11)

But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal (natural, earthly) bodies (NOW) through His Spirit who dwells in you. (Romans 8:11)

Also a multitude gathered from the surrounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people and those who were tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all healed. (Acts 5:16) ...Hebrews 13:8 tells us that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever!
