Dissatisfied


The young lions lack and suffer hunger, but those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing. (Psalm 34:10)

I will pour water on him who is thristy, and floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, and My blessing on your offspring. (Isaiah 44:3)

A man will be satisified with the good by the fruit of his mouth, and the recompense of a man's hands will be rendered to him. (Proverbs 12:14)

I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:12,13)

O God, You are my God, early will I seek You; My soul thrists for You; My flesh longs for You... So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, to see Your power and Your glory. Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise You. Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. Blessed are those that hungry and thrist for righteousness, for they shall be filled. (Matthew 5:6)

Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. (Psalm 37:3)

He satisifies the longing soul, and fils the hungry soul with goodness. (Psalm 107:9)

...Everyone who thrists, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come buy and eat. Yes, come buy wine and milk without money and without price. (Isaiah 55:1)

God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. (2 Corinthians 9:8)

Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits; Who forgives all your iniquities, who healls all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
