Worry
Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7)Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6,7) Let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. (Colossians 3:15) You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. (Isaiah 26:3) To be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. (Romans 8:6) Therefore I sat to you, do not worry about you life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe. O you of little faith? Therefore do not worry, saying, "What shall we eat?" or "What shall we drink?" or "What shall we wear?" For after these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. (Matthew 6:25-32) I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; for You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. (Psalm 4:8) My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19) When you lie down, you will not be afraid; Yes, you will lie down and your sleep will be sweet. (Proverbs 3:24) For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said, "So I swore in My wrath, "They shall not enter My rest," although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. (Hebrews 4:3,9)
